How Data is Calculated
In-Place vs. Street Rates (Y-Axis): The average percentage difference between current in-place rates and current street rates for all units within the defined scope.
Refill Rate (X-Axis): The average amount of days a unit in the unit group stays vacant.
Unit Availability (Bubble Size): The percentage of units currently vacant.

Organizational Levels on the x-axis (Facility, City, Region, State, etc,)
Time Displayed on the x-axis (by Year, Quarter, Month, Day, etc.)
Date Range to Graph (Last 12 Months, This Year, This Quarter, etc.)
$/SqFt Period (Month, Quarter, Year)
Move Units (SqFt or Units)
