Gross Potential $/SqFt = Average of (Street Rate / (Unit Depth * Unit Height)
Gross Occupied Potential $/SqFt = Average of (Street Rate / (Unit Depth * Unit Width) for all occupied units
Actual $/SqFt = Average of (Current Rent / (Unit Depth * Unit Height)
