Gross Potential vs Occupied vs Actual $/SqFt [Graph]

How Data is Calculated

For facilities in Scope and during Period,

  • Gross Potential $/SqFt = Average of (Street Rate / (Unit Depth * Unit Height)

  • Gross Occupied Potential $/SqFt = Average of (Street Rate / (Unit Depth * Unit Width) for all occupied units

  • Actual $/SqFt = Average of (Current Rent / (Unit Depth * Unit Height)

Configuration Options

  • See Dashboard Configuration Options for info on how to change:

    • Organizational Levels on the x-axis (Facility, City, Region, State, etc,)

    • Time Displayed on the x-axis (by Year, Quarter, Month, Day, etc.)

    • Date Range to Graph (Last 12 Months, This Year, This Quarter, etc.)

    • $/SqFt Period (Month, Quarter, Year)

    • Move Units (SqFt or Units)
